Codeline 80K series is the latest addition to the Pentair Codeline side ported membrane housing models for 8” RO membranes. This FRP membrane housing model has been designed, utilizing the vast Codeline technological expertise in the field and offers a robust product with a higher value proposition to our partners and customers who have helped us lead the market for almost five decades.
80K series is available for operating pressures of 300 psi, 450 psi, 600 psi, 1000 psi and 1200 psi.

APPLICATION AREAS

This model is designed to help provide trouble free operations for up to 25 years in high feed flow commercial, municipal and industrial RO applications. To cater to various applications dealing with brackish, high brackish and sea water filtration, these ASME certified pressure vessels are built with advanced epoxy – glass composite.
The pressure vessels offer customization in port sizes, material of construction of key components and flexibility in dimensions to cater to specific requirements. 80K models can accommodate any standard 8” membrane element.
